Team Member Campus Run
With the Campus Run becoming a new HSG tradition, this department is dedicated to organizing the annual Campus Run and additional campus activities that bring the community together. As a team member, you will be directly involved in planning and executing one of the university’s most exciting events, from concept to race day.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing the Campus Run 2026
- Supporting smaller campus events throughout the semester
- Coordinating logistics, participants, and partners
- Helping to shape the participant experience from start to finis
- Choosing your role: join for the spring semester only (Campus Run) or commit to the full year (Campus Run + other events, including the Impulse Summit 2026)

Head of Campus Run
As Head of Campus Run, you will co-lead the Events Department and take responsibility for one of the year’s flagship campus activities. You will coordinate the planning and execution of the Campus Run while supporting the organization of other campus events. Together with the Event Co-Heads, you will make strategic decisions, delegate responsibilities, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- A profound and demonstrated interest in diverse professional areas within the sports business industry
- Proven leadership skills and an ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals
- Extensive experience in professional business communication and relationship management
- Motivation for the acquisition of experts and determination to go beyond just writing emails
- A strong enthusiasm for academic research and the ability to contribute to and lead discussions on relevant topics
- Exceptional teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Other languages are an advantage
- Experience with CRM-Tools is a plus
